DIY Bath Salt

IMG_2386

I love to make bath salts!  They are the perfect addition to Pure Naked Soap gift baskets and sets!  Here is a quick and easy recipe for anyone to make themselves when they feel like having a big batch of ready to use scented bath salts.

For this recipe you will need:

  • large bowl
  • kitchen scale
  • mixing spoon
  • wide mouth containers to store salts in or funnel for small mouth tubes
  • 20 oz pink Himalayan sea salt – I find salts at my local food Coop
  • 20 oz white Brazilian sea salt
  • 1/4 cup dried rosemary (I grow my own pesticide free)
  • 1/4 cup dried lavender (I purchase dried organic lavender)
  • Rosemary essential oil (organic preferably)
  • Lavender essential oil (organic preferably)
