Business Goals

One of the keys to growing a small business is to continuously set new goals, itemize how you will achieve these goals, evaluate progress on past goals & determine why you did or did not achieve past goals. If you were successful, you use this success to learn what worked & set a new goal. If you were not successful, gather information on what didn’t work. Even if you were unsuccessful in achieving that goal, perhaps something you tried showed some minor success. Look for that.

All of this information will help you continue to set new goals & continue towards success.

I learned that my old labels were hard to see from a distance for customers, I changed from Kraft brown paper to white & have increased the font size. This little step helped me with my large goal to increase sales. Increase sales is very vague, so I had to look closely at how I was able to increase my sales.
