While I love to use avocado for my skin & even on my hair, I think I love to eat it more. I’ll eat it plain or make one of my favorite vegan desserts, but my absolute favorite is guacamole. Each batch comes out like a fun new experience. I alter the ingredients & amounts, but love to use basic onion, garlic, lime, cilantro, jalapeño & pink sea salt, sooo good.

Mushed up & put onto homemade chili! Can’t beat this for a healthy dose of plant sourced fats, protein & fiber!
